You set the price. Choose your tier, select the number of hours and guards, and applicable modifiers (overnight, weekend, holiday, short notice) are added transparently. The total is shown before you confirm.

We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), bank transfers, Interac e-Transfer, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. For business clients, we also offer invoicing with NET 15, 30, 45, or 60 payment terms.

Guards keep 80% of the booking value. Tips are 100% theirs. Guards can choose instant payout (1.5% processing fee) or free weekly payout every Friday. Earnings are deposited directly to their linked bank account.

Yes, cancellation policies vary by tier. Standard requires 24-hour notice, Event and Premium require 48-hour notice, and Emergency has no cancellation penalty. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
